Due to the nature of our products and limited availability, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

* Change of mind
* Incorrect sizing or selection
* Delayed shipping or carrier issues
* Wear, damage, or misuse after delivery

Please review all product details, sizing information, and order accuracy before completing your purchase.

In the event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence. If approved, we may offer a replacement at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued.

Bully Bandz is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages once they have been handed off to the shipping carrier. Any claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
